What we get asked most

What does it mean that SynkyApp uses hybrid AI?

It means we don't apply AI the same way to everything. For flows where the agent can safely decide on its own — bank reconciliation, invoice intake, vendor payments — we use AI Agent: it runs with no human in the loop. For flows where accounting context matters — bookkeeping, expense reporting, reports — we use Assisted AI: the AI prepares and suggests with a visible confidence score, and the accountant validates in one click. That 'right mode per flow' is what sets us apart.

How long does it take to implement SynkyApp?

Connecting your bank and ERP takes about minutes via OAuth or API key. Defining the initial rules can take one to three days, depending on the complexity of your chart of accounts. Most teams are operating before the first month-end close.

Does SynkyApp replace my accounting ERP?

No. SynkyApp integrates with your ERP (Siigo, SAP, World Office, Dynamics, Odoo) and automates the operational tasks usually done outside it: intake, bookkeeping, payments, reconciliation, expense reporting and reports. Your ERP remains the official accounting source.

How is financial data security guaranteed?

Encryption at rest and in transit on enterprise cloud infrastructure, MFA authentication, concurrent-session control and role-based permissions. Every operation is recorded with author, timestamp and source.

What happens if the AI agent gets it wrong?

Every Agent flow has a visible confidence score — below the configured threshold the operation does NOT run on its own, it escalates to the team. Every agent action is recorded in the audit trail with its explanation. When the team manually corrects a match, the engine learns and raises confidence on similar rules in the future.

Do you support multi-company and multi-currency?

Yes. A single account can manage several legal entities with granular permissions by role and cost center. We support COP, USD, EUR, MXN, PEN, CLP and ARS, with automatic daily exchange rates.
